I mean , using the above module instead of sv_pure in tf2 servers. In order to block clients using custom spy cloack sounds for example , exactly like sv_pure blocks , but sv_pure makes you lag when disconnect....

If you want to prevent clients from replacing official sounds with custom ones, then you'll need to be running sv_pure.

In tf2 , you know , sv_pure is not the best solution , it causes the "client hang on disconnect or quit or when you want join another server" bug

What is your problem with the sv_pure 1 or 2?
I use the sv_pure 1 with a good whitelist, and i haven't any problem.

I don't know how is the situation on css , but on tf2 , if you have set sv_pure 1 or 2 to your server , it lags when you want to disconnect from it , or just change to another server or quit the game. In sv_pure 0 , you don't have this lag , but you know, it's insecure setting.

I can confirm that, at least on my servers, sv_pure being set to 1 caused a lot of issues, including clients randomly crashing on map change as the map would finish loading

CSS do that too, but this is not a big thing. No mapend crashes. Only when you disconnect from the sv_cheats 1 or 2 server, your client will be freezing for 3-4 seconds. Thats all.
This setting are enough against the soundhack?
