Dear users and moderators, this topic is about the ability to connect to the server using a "friend join server button".
I have been interested in this feature since I created my own server and, u know, there was no info about this. There is a cl_ command that allows ur friends to connect to u from cs:go main menu no matter what server u r playing on.
BUT.
I have found a public casual server where players could connect using cs:go friendlist by pressing "join server button". How is this possible? I tried to find out anything about it but without success.
I am looking forward to hearing from u. Any information is welcome.

Um, I'm confused by your question.

If you set cl_join_advertise_2 in your config, your friends will be able to join you when you're in a community server. That's all you have to do.

If that doesn't answer your question, please take a moment to type out your thoughts more coherently. Remember, when communicating through text, you have to put in a bit more effort to be understood, since we lack intonation, body language, etc.
