How can I remove the limits on the spawn of special infected, at least so that I can spawn them through the console, commands I tried many plugins such as zombie nolimit, zombie limits, and many others, but not one removed the limit on the spawn of special infected, I use Dedicated Server in the local networks, who can help?
oh yeah, I completely forgot the Coop mode
Sorry if there are any mistakes, I don't know English very well

2. Direct Infected Spawn (Limit-Bypass)

For <number>, it is the number of the specified infected you'd like to spawn. If no number is defined, it defaults to 1.
For <mode>, it toggles whether not to use a (simple) trace. If 1, the trace won't be used, and instead the infected will spawn at your location.
If <zomb> isn't specified or is an invalid string, it'll spawn a common instead.

If you saw only 18 max infected bots can spawn in server, go install l4dtoolz
and set -maxplayers 32

Well, thanks for the help, installing l4dToolz now the limit is not 20 but 28 mobs, but is it possible to somehow remove the limits? or at least increase them to 64-100 slots?

28 infected + 4 survivors = 32 slots, can not increase more.

I have no options at all, even if I try to rewrite l4dtoolz?

nope, the l4d engine has a limit of 32 slots, if you dump the datamaps/netprops you will notice that some arrays goes up to 32, so even if you are "able" to increase it, the game will crash

The L4D games were special cases and since SourceTV wasn't fully working after they've been released, it was decided that they both have 31 slots. Yes, I have seen some arrays within the game's code having sizes up to 32 but most of them are exactly 31 only.

As far as I know you can't spawn more than 14 Special Infected bots in a vanilla server, console won't allow more. The max amount of zombies you can spawn is 28 but only if you use a server playerlimit modifier like L4DToolz.
