I wish I could help with that, tried myself to find them and wasted about 8 hours today with no results. Looks like I'm too dumb for that.

[FIX] Patched all "IsAlive" criteria to be appended for the Passing team as well
[FIX] Patched the L4D1 "IsAlive" criteria to be appended for the L4D2 survivor set as well
[FIX] Patched all "DistTo" criteria to no longer check for the current team
