Wondering if anyone is using these guys?
The last thing i remember about using these guys is their terrible customer service, tickets being taken care of 12-24hours later.
When purchasing new servers they take about a whole day to get set up.

Currently using NfoServers and the cx service is instant, but they lack servers around the world.
I need servers in brazil anyone have any recommendations?

I've used gameservers before and they're great if you're completely new to managing a game server. Their support is pretty good, they don't give half-assed answers like most hosts (these guys give 110%). The prices for their servers are reasonable. When I first rented from gameservers it took about 5 minutes for everything to be setup; never heard of it taking someone a day for it being set up for them (unless you're renting a dedicated server from them).

However, for someone that is more experienced at game server administration/management, I'd recommend going with someone else, since gameservers' price is a little bit above the standard and does not use TCadmin. I've always had good luck with Vilayer when I was renting game servers back in the day, mainly because they offer free ddos protection and use TCadmin but their support sucks ass.

Now, I just rent a ubuntu box from Incero, since Linux is bae and renting a box gives me way more flexibility.

I can't believe they're still so top ranked in gameserver hosting.
If you're experienced with servers i'd avoid them and perhaps get your own server

I started off with gameservers.com and had variance issues. Support blamed sourcemod so i moved to streamline and never looked back.

24 hours is amazingly fast. My support guy takes up to a week to get back to my requests ;)

I started out with them, they weren't amazing but they were not terrible either. Support is indeed pretty quick.

I have steam chat support and tickets are answered normally within an hour.
