The fact that players must die before they are asked to vote, means players on my bHop, Course, Surf, and Climb servers never die and therefore never vote on the maps for those servers.

It's working great so far on my CS:GO Server. But when sm_maprate_allow_revote = 1 the rating menu is shown more than once one the same map.
And if its zero the rating menu appears the next time the map is played.

EDIT: Switched from MySQL to sqlite, seems to work now
