sm_voicecomm 2 is dead all talk with talking *across* teams when alive. But this is can be changed since there is some demand for it. As far as the doubling up of messages, it could be how I was handling the hooks. I'll post an updated version later today.

Version 1.24 is released. I'd recommend deleting the voicecomm.cfg in your cfg/sourcemod directory and then re-adjusting the settings to your liking.

This version has a new cvar: 'sm_voicecomm_teamtalk'. When paired with sm_voicecomm 2 this will make the server have team talk when alive and dead all talk when dead. Also, any bugs of duplicate messages should be gone.

The added changes you made work for what I need, thank you. I have missed this functionality and was glad to see someone started on a working plugin again.

I do not know what your others plans are for this plugin, but judging by your title I would assume you might expand to other aspects of Voice Communication. If you wish to widen the scope of your plugin you can always add a setting that turns all talk on once the round is over. This would be nice in some mods such as GunGame where usually the last kill is a knife battle.

I realize there are other plugins that may do this but having one plugin that has everything in one is better in my opinion.

There is a problem. CT's are not muted when they die D: I have it disabled in sm_hosties to not mute them (so this plugin would) but they don't seem to be muted.

Are they an admin? If sm_voicecomm_announce is 1, what does it tell the player? What voicecomm settings are you using?

I am using sm_voicecomm 2, I set it so voicecomm_announce is 0. I set it so T's are muted for 30 seconds, Dead can talk to dead (no team restrictions) but it seems to fail after 2 or 3 rounds. That is the same problem other plugins were having.

This is due to a bug fix in sdktools the plugin requires which I mistakenly forgot was unavailable at the time. It's now available to everyone and I've updated the plugin.
