Top15 of course includes rank as well. How are the players going to be displayed in top15 if they don't have a rank?

- Top15, stats, rank
- Add XP messages when planting, defusing, exploding the bomb
- NOTIFY_ON_KILL global messages
- Prune after X days
- Save name in SQL
- XP notifier for spectating players
