All players have regular skins.
If a female comes to the server and she gives me proof that she is female, command to give her a female skin by name or steam id

You open the .ini file and set the steamid, terrorist model and CT model on a new line - that's it. There are examples in the thread - read it.

Why would any plugin not work for 18+ slots?

Dude, lines starting with ; are comments and they are not read from the plugin.

Delete everything in the file and add just this:

"STEAM_ID" "female_model_for_t.mdl" "female_model_for_ct.mdl"

Do this for every SteamID.

What is that "74" you wrote after the SteamID?!

What you did makes absolutely no sense. You have to put the models in cstrike/models/modelName/modelName.mdl and then use modelName inside the configuration file.

How is the plugin supposed to use the right model if the file is named x and in the config file you use y?
