hello any ideas how to change the name of "Admin Deleted"

What do you want to change? If you delete admins, this will be shown.

I havent deleted any admin ,this is ban given by SMAC but it comes like admin deleted ,so how can i fix it to show banned by admin "SMAC " instead of admin deleted ?

There should be an option where you can save admin names in the bans themselves and if the admin is fired or deleted, the name still shows up.

put this on phpmyadmin on sourcebans database

INSERT INTO `sb_admins` VALUES (0,'CONSOLE','STEAM_ID_SERVER','',0,'',NULL,0 ,0,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL)
