Admin names not shown in website

Hello, I got a problem with Sourcebans. As the title says, the admins names of admins who banned others are not shown in the website. When I click a ban, it always says "Banned by: Console", but noone of my admins has access to console.
I looked at other Sourcebans sites and there it shows the name properly, so how can I fix this?
I didn't touch any Sourcebans settings in the config server side, except the website name and in the webpanel under settings -> banlist settings, the option "Hide admin name" is not used.

When it's banned by console, it could be a plugin that banned the player(s) (like SMAC).

I'm not running SMAC or any other similar plugin.
Could it be due to the cvar sm_show_activity which I set to 1 ?

Make sure you've got the ServerID set correctly on the gameserver in the sourcebans.cfg file. Admin names only show up, if the admins are registered with the correct steamid in sourcebans.
If you don't use sourcebans to manage admin permissions, you won't see any names.

Im sorry i "steal" your thead, but i have a problem exactly like this (sometimes)

We have lot of admins and some different servers, it happens from time to another that some bans appares in the database to be banned by aId 0 (console). But i can tell that this is false, if i take the adminIp and look it up in the sourcemod logfiles, i can find the steamid of the admin there has made the ban. and that way around edit the id on the ban myself, to make it visible on the webpage.

But i do not understand why this is happening.
We do only control admin rights through SourceBans, i have controlled that the steamid is right in the admins settings.

The server id in the sourcemod.cfg is also correct.

When i see admins that ban like "console" it is kinda all bans made by this admin, there will be shown as console.

I can also find the admin in the admin.cfg on the server.

Any idea why this is happening?
