edit: i too have a web server, and mine has no issues... if u need a host, i would be honored to host ur releases!! I already host map downloads for nearly a dozen game servers... a couple plugin files would make little to no difference to me... just a thought

It's only a temporary issue with my Plesk since a Live Migration of my VPS to a Faster Server through my hoster, would be solved soon.
