OK, this morning I was going to start up my computer to charge my iPod before I leave and I noticed that my monitor was lose from my video card. I fasten it but the monitor goes out (It says no signal and goes to sleep). I plug it in and it's still not starting up (the monitor) for me. I turn off my computer (via power button) and it finally starts up BUT when it loads up Windows (ie loading up my desktop) it goes black and no signal right after the Window loading screen.

I openned the side of my computer and made sure my video card is alright and it was still running (fan and everything) and I pushed it a little bit to make sure it was in all the way.

My monitor is a 19" HP monitor.

I have no clue why it's doing that :\

It means that your video-options are set up in a way your monitor can't understand. Try loading the latest system restore point (and hope your video-options are understandable on your monitor). Atleast it helped me when I had this same problem.

If that doesn't work, borrow a different monitor and if it works with that, change your video options to something like 800x600 screen with 16-bit colour, which should be understandable for every monitor.

How do I load the latest restore point? It doesn't give me that option before window boots (sometimes it does though).

system restore = bad

try deleting the drivers in safe mode then reboot and install the latest ones

In case you dont know how to get to safe mode, keep mashing the F8 key during bootup, you should get a menu for safe mode.
