Hey I still couldn't fix my problem so I'm back to re-beg for assistance.

The server is installed with SteamPipe and validated. Windows 7. Installing command line was: app_update 222860 -beta prerelease
(Yes, these were what I updated my L4D2 server over and over and SM and MM worked fine until I think around the The Gangs Getting Back Together time period.)

Tried running the server with SM 1.5 and MM 1.10
SM 1.5 MM 1.11
SM 1.6 MM 1.10
SM 1.6 MM 1.11

The correct metamod.vdf is in the addons folder of the server.

Reinstalled a few times. No avail.

MM will not load at all and no error log is dumped.

Using srcds.exe to launch server (I doubt using the batch way is any different)
