Memepugg... now I'm a bit confused.

When you try to load it manually it says it's already loaded. But... the error you posted above says "failed to load plugin tf2itemsinfo.smx".

Also.. it appears you may have two versions of the same plugin. Keep ubup.smx and delete tf2attributes_ubup.smx

If tf2itemsinfo is already loaded what error do you get if you try to manually load ubup.smx with this command: sm plugins load ubup

I got "[SM] Plugin ubup.smx is already loaded." when I typed sm plugins load ubup into my server console

I also can't really tell if anything changed when I deleted the tf2attributes_ubup.smx file but
I took a picture of the source console when I loaded it up when trying to manually load ubup.smx

You shouldn't need to take a snapshot of the console to see errors. You should also be able to read the error log in .../tf/addons/sourcemod/logs/

Also.. one of the errors shows an incorrect gamedata file (tf2attributes.txt). It appears that you didn't install the tf2attributes from the FlaminSarge's github: https://github.com/FlaminSarge/tf2attributes

I replaced the tf2attributes with the one from that github link and I'm not sure if anything has really changed
And I can take a screenshot of the error log in logs file

I did find some old files from a previous yet successful attempt at making an Uber Upgrades server but it still didn't work and it gave me the same exact errors that I got from my other attempts

You have to make sure that all of the plugin dependencies are working. I don't think your tf2items is working correctly.

type this in your console: sm exts list

It will tell you if your TF2Items extension is loaded. If it isn't loading you'll have to figure out why. Post your error log when discussing plugin problems.

I typed sm exts list into my server console but I don't think the tf2items loaded properly any way

Typing "sm plugins load tf2items" won't help you because the filename is tf2itemsinfo. It should be "sm plugins load tf2itemsinfo". Your error log states that tf2itemsinfo is not loading.

TF2ItemsInfo must be working correctly before Uber Upgrades will work. If you can't get TF2ItemsInfo version 1.9.1 to run correctly post your error log in the TF2Items plugin section (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=246378).
