You apparently didn't look at the code, and cheapsuit didn't fully explain it.
The whole of the team money is calculated and then everyone gets an even share of it. So each player doesn't get the full pot.

Yea my bad, sorry.

And no one can by an awp unless the team is doing extremely well. If you only win around 2-3 round straight you'll probably get like $3000 - 4000. It also depends how many people in a team.
