edit;
am i supposed to compile the plugin myself? the source file on OP is version 3.0 however the plugin download on OP is version 2.2 according to plugin info via game server

edit2;
if i am supposed to compile myself can you please tell me what i need to include in the compile to have the plugin work properly? thank you!
this plugin will compile here on the forums - did you delete the config file the older version created before installing this version and restarting server like instructed?

I haven't tested it, try to change the site you are using to tf2items.com and see if that fixed the crash.(assuming its the client crashing)

Code:
motdbp_site "2"
Its is most likely nothing I can do expect revert some of the recent changes as its not the plugin that's broken its TF2.

It's a sourcemod problem. Update to the latest snapshots.

Yes it does, I tested that several times, you must be looking in the wrong spot.

orangebox/tf2/cfg/sourcemod is where you should be looking.

motdbp_site - Choose a BackPack Site, 0 = TF2OutPost.com, 1 = TF2B.com, 2 = TF2items.com
Point out in server.cfg motdbp_site "2", and opens TF2OutPost.com why?
