I haven't tested it, try to change the site you are using to tf2items.com and see if that fixed the crash.(assuming its the client crashing)

Its is most likely nothing I can do expect revert some of the recent changes as its not the plugin that's broken its TF2.

Yes it does, I tested that several times, you must be looking in the wrong spot.

orangebox/tf2/cfg/sourcemod is where you should be looking.

motdbp_site - Choose a BackPack Site, 0 = TF2OutPost.com, 1 = TF2B.com, 2 = TF2items.com

Point out in server.cfg motdbp_site "2", and opens TF2OutPost.com why?
