Well there you have the reason why the bots wont leave, fill do not work on dm.
Try using the plugin without the bot delay, and see if that works. If not I guess I could throw something quick together for you.

The plugin was created to fix the fill issue on dm.

Yea I have tried the plugin without the bot delay but people get randomly kicked on map change because bots have priority over them I guess

Alright mate I made a little edit of the botquotafix plugin and added 2 new cvars to it

sm_csgobotquotafix_delay_enable (Enable/Disable the Bot Join Delay)
sm_csgobotquotafix_delay (Delay in seconds for when the bots should join)

Remember that the 2 other cvars is still there sm_csgobotquotafix_enable and sm_csgobotquotafix_quota

What didnt it change? You should set your bot settings as it says in the plugin description.

bot_quota 0
bot_quota_mode normal

And remember to not use the bot_delay cvar now

Yeah I put that in my server.cfg and took out the bot_delay cvar

Like the delay wasn't working, nothing changed in the plugin for me, the bots joins right away.
