Ok, so what should i do ? Because the plugin doesn't create any config file for calladmin_steam.smx

It's probably because the plugin fails to load, which has to with the required messagebot extension not being able to load.

sm plugins list

and then

sm plugins info #idofsteammodule

will tell you more.

He probably wanted to know the error which keeps the extension from loading.
You can find this out in a similar way like i told you about earlier, just use exts instead of plugin as first parameter
