Notification Bar doesnt pull down and when I try to open it in settings phone screen just turns black and than it says that settings has stoped working,in my other phone everything just works fine.
Someone please help,cant find something in google beacuse they describe other things,not this kind of problem.

Had a similar problem with my SGH-T999. Probably have some kind of virus or something that is stopping your process. A factory reset helped me.
