Not much I can do about the high var and cpu usage, has something to do with SetTransmit.

High var on an official Valve server? Weird! Wonder what that has to do with this thread unless you're running other plugins which illegally modify this variable, in that case those plugins tend to cause a lot of unnecessary usage themselves as well ;)

I always thought that meant that the server was configured with a steam account. But it does seem to be my plugin that causes high var and fps drop (due to parenting a model on every player and using ShouldTransmit hook on every prop.)
If I can find a way to send the glow prop to certain players, and the players that don't have ESP enabled will not receive the entity data then it would benefit the server.
I was actually thinking of unhooking it and setting the should transmit entity flag etc also, not sure if it'll work.

I think he is use Levels Ranks plugin, it rename "online" to "Official DS", dont know why author add this "feature", but plugin do this

So, Levels Ranks don't use much CPU, as Advanced ESP, i installed ESP on clean server, and Var is really like 10-20+

This is normal hosting server. I use gameme ( http://www.gameme.com/ ). I don't know what you mean? Before installing this plugin var was 0-1.
In addition to the gameme I use advertisement, bs limiter, resetscore and roundsound. WTF?
