i try to make my own mod but i cant find out how to get them and make my own mod

"SEARCH" and learn script so you can make any plugin you want,if its a new mod you will need new models/sounds/sprites,for this "SEARCH" on GOOGLE for models,sounds,sprites,but after you learn some script,start reading tutorials and first edit other plugins,do not create your own because it is hard in the begining and your code can show a lot of errors.As for the "SCRIPT","AM" Allied Modders is the right place.

Also, you know AlienSwarm is a Source game not a GoldSrc game, right?

Meaning for server-side mods, you'd need MetaMod:Source and SourceMod.
