my old error is
"Unable to load steam support library. This server will operate in LAN mode only."
and fixed now new error

No Steam account token was specified
logging into anonymous game server account
connection will be restricted to lan only.

This error appears everytime I try to run a server: "This server is lan mod only"
I have already searched many websites and I tried different methods but I couldn't solve the problem yet. I'd appreciate if you could help me out with this error.
P.S; Another error would appear before I had this problem.

Go to the link and create a game server account and you will get a token. It will be a long thing with numbers and letters (Suppose it is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX). Copy it then add "+sv_setsteamaccount XXXXXXXXXXXXXX" to the launch options without the quotes.

I fixed again and now this error is back

srcds -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2
+sv_setsteamaccount XXXXXX16C2C
