The default reserved slot way is a shit for me. The "connect way" is better.
Also, any chance to be supported?

It is supported? It checks for reserved flag which is given by tVip on connect.

Why is PTaH needed? Im just wondering since Wilczeks plugin dont require it.

He's asking WHY it's needed.
Just remove this line: #include <PTaH> from the plugin, compile it, then you'll see

There's a bug on CSGO that players can join even if the server is full, this plugin fix that issue and also it has reserved slots using 'connect' command. Check the first post pls
