Fix the fps to be 99.5 and sometimes on showstats the FPS drops to 80-90...

We only support steam servers only, therefore if you are interested in help, your server and server's players need to use the steam version of the game.

I thought non-Steam meant the game doesn't use Steam in the first place while no-Steam meant it's a Steam game in the first place but hacked to not use it ? At least there should be a distinction to make it easy enough without having to write loads of text.
