when i goo to install hlds on linux i see this msg

Use SteamCMD

HLDSUpdateTool has been retired, you must now use SteamCMD. There are lots of tutorials on how to use it if you search

EDIT: Also, don't use Root to do anything

Did you look inside the folder that you set with force_install_dir ?

and when i put ./hlds_run i see invalid and from ftp i see only dthis folder and steamcmd is empty.

It seems you failed to understand the question. Check the 27020 folder since that is where you told SteamCMD to install the server
