For some reason, anyone here plays CSO (Counter-Strike Online) and can provide the Magnum Drill's p_ model? It's name is p_sgdrill.mdl I guess.

I just need it because I want to convert it to a classic goldsrc model (not really me, a friend), that's the reason basically. I don't own the game, but I saw the model around the web but it's buggy.

Just load the P model of the AK
Load over that the mesh of the magnum drill
Position it and assign all of it to the bone the model of the AK is assigned
Now delete the AK model and compile ^_^

I guess you did not guess that "I don't have the magnum drill model". And, if you're talking about using the v_ model, don't worry, it's done already. But it is not the same, because the polygon count on the v_ model weapon itself is so much higher than the original p_ model.

I know what I must do anyway, that's why I'm asking for the original source file.

You can reduce the poly count alot without losing any visible detail by using Tools -> DirectX Mesh Tools
But do it before the rigging because it will remove all the existing bones

Sorry, i didn't notice the texture UV was missing

Did you try DirectX Mesh Tools on the V model?

It's useless anyway. Magnum drill model has 2 p_ models, I need those.

If that was the case, I wouldn't have posted this before. Got it? So, back in the main scope of this, I need the source of the original p_ models (w_ also I guess)

Why the fuck do you get fired up when i'm just trying to help you ?

You can also just use that mesh tool on the V model and rig the mesh to the other two P model's bones

But no, let's request on AM and then get fired up at people, ffs

Here, ask dean or dias for the original files if you are too lazy to optimize the mesh and rig it to the p model's bone ( you have the original bones for both p models in the link above )

First, I asked about the p_ model, nothing else, is that hard enough? This is NOT an XY problem. I told you that I only need that, you kept insisting anyway. If you don't have it, so don't comment (as all who are reading this thread).

Also, I'm not dealing with the model, a friend is on it. I'm talking about frk_14, do you know it? I guess yes. He could do what are you telling but he knows why he needs those files.

Thanks for giving me the contact of those guys. That's close from the solution that I want. You can keep insisting or trying to help on other threads.

Ah, also. This is not about throwing links on a post. As I mentioned, you did not know what's on that link. It's just a v_ model, nothing else, and I already saw it.

I did not want to feel arrogant against you, but you misread it.
