So I have been up all night studying the donation systems that GFL and HG use, I know they both us IPB for the forum system and that they use the store, but I'm trying to figure out what they are using to have everything automated rather it be a custom script or it be that they just so happen to find a hidden script.

I mean they look to similar to say that they both made a custom script, the only way I see this is if they both got the same developer that probably over charged for the script. Which I don't think many of us would want to pay, so if anyone could give me a list of information I would need to build a script for the following boards:
  • vBulletin
  • Xenfero
  • IPB
  • SMF

I would like to look into build a system for other communities that need this, I don't see why people are having to pay $100+ to have a system to control donations, to me that is stupid, but I am also a person that likes everything free and I don't really believe in donations (begging for them) thats just me though.

Thanks,
Lucid

There are already scripts on this site that do this. Some communities also code their own (it isn't that difficult)
