I want the ability to see when all of my members last connected to my servers. It would be nice if it was automated and input into a database or 1 file. Is there a way to do this?

if you look in your game server logs , it will tell you the exact date and time your admins connected to the server .

Yes, but I am looking for a way to get the server to automatically input it into a database.
