This is a definite requirement for us too, as we offer the custom skins to sponsors of the server, along with a few extra goodies!

I have a version that is currently being tested by dunno. Once he gets back to me I'll make any necessary changes (and possibly add some cvars etc to make it customizable) and then release it.
