I confirm that this solution: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showpos...9&postcount=32 removes the reason of crashes and works fine.

Also, i think using the flashbangs instead of smokegrenades isn`t the best idea.
Throwing the smoke grenade, we know if it`s blowing, it is on the ground and on the map.
With flashbang, we cannot be sure, we would be teleported out of map or not.
So, you can create the Grenade Modes for Smoke grenade, as I have and it works great.
