i got same error on windows.

Turn off all automatticly server updates.
When auto update is enabled some dlls will b changed b4 it starts.

Turn off auto updates and install my file again.

this is just the origonal nemod on an un-updated server, which cause's all clients to crash. Its rubbish.

I'm actually posting a much better Nemod Lite (NeoMattie) here in a moment for Windows. Same caveats-- a lot of duplicated (and jeeps/airboats) removed.

It will actually be a little faster than Nemod's original, but not much.

Keep in mind that my plugin is only a subset of Nemod. As such, I certainly encourage other developers to bring up other functionality that people may still want. (Airboats and jeeps come to mind.) I don't have a need for that sort of thing.
