i am searching a plugin which add a wall on map or which make de_dust2 => de_dust2x2

the plugin work like , if any "x" number of player vote to convert the map from de_dust2x2 => de_dust2 than the walls will be removed

i dont remember the name of plugin but i remember the commnad "say /mode"
