Hi well I have just switched to Source Mod from Mani and am pleased I did, it really is something else I have gained some nice features and lost a lot of stuff which we dont use.

The only thing that seems to be missing is a ranking system is there one for Source Mods or can someone recommend one, that doesnt lag out the server.

I am using Beststats with eventscripts for stats. I had to modify the coding slightly as the original spams the server chat a bit but modding it is easy to do.

Is anyone working on one for source mods or is this not a important addon for some reason ? I`m hoping that I can keep as many different plugins i.e eventscripts, ES Tools etc of my server and only run sourcemod to keep things nice and clean.

I`m no expert but does adding eventscripts and say a rank plugin make much odds in perfomance compared to a rank system within mod source only.

Well I had a look and its not quite what I was hoping also you can cheat the system quite easily (and trust me people do) join game as terrorist , collect bomb 5 points.. leave join game as terrorist collect bomb gain 5 points leave etc.. lol

A simple kill death ratio sytstem same as Mani which my fussy admins and players is what I really am looking for anyone else got any ideas something closer to Manis KDR system..

So any of you clever programmers on the case on building a Mani-esque Rank System I have searched high and low nothing compares to it, always too many features when this orange box update comes out there will be a lot of unhappy server peeps and players who are used to mani rank. Cmon lol who is gonna be the hero

I did some more work on it since then. Removed the file mode and started adding weapon logging and sqlite support.

Didn't really have much feedback from that original post so it's kinda slipped to the wayside. I'll try motivate myself to finish it I guess...
