How to use Sourcebans

I'm sorry. Im new to sourcebans and i have no idea how to use/ set it up. Is there a link where i can start using it?

May someone post the link or list the steps here on how to add admins like; STEAM_0:1:48453411 banned by Hazard. I've added the plugin and now I just need to get that step. I banned someone for a test and it said Banned by: CONSOLE

You need to add the admins with their steamids in the webpanel.

I need a bit of a tut. I can't seem to find the area. Banned someone today http://highvoltagegamers.clanservers....php?p=banlist and so far Console is the user name. I dont know what it is called either.
