It is not up-to-date. Remove the -autoupdate from the command line and make sure you are starting the correct server (ie, the one you installed with SteamCMD)

Try installing it to a completely different folder and then starting it.


Oh, just noticed this as well, don't run stuff as ROOT, it is a huge security risk
