The problem is global. The last "stable" 5408 build sux. Servers are crashing randomly on mapchange with it. I thought the problem was only in me but when I checked some forums I realised that many people have this problem too.

just edit your server.cfg and remove this line:

map de_dust

Even without map de_dust2 it crashes. I think it happens not only at mapchange.
