Why care? Unless of course you're a Democracy. If they want to use the hack and get banned, I wouldn't give 2 shits what they saw or never saw. Not seeing a warning to "not hack" is no excuse to be permissive of the behavior. It's common-sense you don't go hacking on a server. Period.

Because some people are stupid and use the binds to make it look like they are hacking.
