Convert ping to frags

First of all, if you think this plugin is redundant, please detour. This is not for you.
And if some people find there is a same plugin already exist, please tell me, I will delete this one.

Did you go crazy because of the bad ping?
Did you be killed disgracefully by Rookie because of the bad ping?
Did you want to fuck the Network Company because of the bad ping?!
Now, all troubles will be over.

Description:
* This plugin can convert your ping to your frags.
* For example: when you kill an enemy, if you have more than 100 ping(Default:100), then, you will got an extra frags
* This plugin is simple, enjoy it !

Cvars:
* Convertpingtofrags_ping (The ping that if you have more than it, you will get extra frags)
* Convertpingtofrags_frags (The extra frags that you get, if you have high ping)

Haha at first i thought it changes your current ping to frags. so 150 ping = 150 frags lol

and you should create cvars for whats considered a high ping and extra frags. maybe even create a range of pings. a 300 ping is much different from 150

Yeah, at the beginning, I created cvars ,you could see it here:http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthr...t=convert+ping
but, it dont work. since I change the cvars to #define it. the plugin worked

Well, it would help if you used the pcvars correctly. The return of register_cvar is a pointer that is used with the functions *et_pcvar_*

Also consider that if victim has a high ping, killer work was hard too.

If the ping of the player is too high(such as 200 ping or more), the player will be kicked by High_ping_kick.amxx automatically in my server. but, if the player has 100 ping, it is quite unfair between the 10 ping players and 100 ping players. Am I right ? I think why the player with 100 ping still play CS ? because, he love CS deeply. so this plugin is for the player who love CS, but hasn`t nice ping.
