Hello how i can this 3 bugs on arena mode?

1- My server have 18 slots but when play 2 man on arena i can't join 2 arena he say all arena is full, you are 1 position in te waiting queue.
2- I can't no see my hands only weapon and i can't shot, just i change weapon to pistol and after this is ok.

3- Why have weapon underground in aim maps? ex. aim_map, aim_redline
