Need help with amxx mods

Hey guys, I just got this a game pannel of cs 1.6 server and I tried to add Base builder mod on it but its not working neither any amxx commands. Whenever i try to put an amx command in console, it shows as unknown command. Seems like amx plugins are not responding. Need suggestions please

You gamedll[_OS] isn't pointing to the metamod binary, which is probably located at addons/metamod/dlls/.

so all i have to do is move this metamod_i386 file to Dllls folder?
