Hi, nice day to you! I have a question like title. how can I set that? need plugin? or just commands? someone give me a hand, please...........

start l4d. go into options --> brightness --> move the slider to the darkest.

You can change the brightness of the environment to darker.

If you want to change only the brightness of the map, download the Dark Lighting Mod. (You can modify the brightness in the Lighting Mod's source.)

Use Stripper:Source to change the fog.
