Format of admin account:
<name|ip|steamid> <password> <access flags> <account flags>

so the last parameter account flags only accept "abcde"
in 1.76d maybe it was a bug i dont know i never tested....
use only these 5 letters

Because:

First parameter: "86.122.30.etc" == Your IP
Second parameter: "" == Your password
Third parameter: "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" == Access flags (like amx_kick, etc, refer to your users.ini)
Last parameter: "abcde" == Account flags (like a = disconnect player on invalid password)


Please read your users.ini with thought and you will get which parameter does which. You're not understanding this at all.

Again, refer to your users.ini, it has all the insructions:
