That video you are showing, is telling how you uploaded your own "created" map into Steam Workshop.
- Have nothing to do with installing map into server
...if I have time, maybe I show video record how you install workshop maps and regular maps into server.
Seems youtube have mostly 3 minutes videos not telling how to do it and last minute is "like this video and subscribe" crap.
