This is not true, I just tried and after 3 swaps I was blocked (ADMIN)
Also the plugin does not work has loads of errors in log files

OK i changed the data file to

and it seems to now work but fails to display any error messages to player wanting to swap.
Works for survivors great but seems to fail for infected wanting to swap sides?

It's been 10 years and no one ever fixed this essential plugin. Left 4 Dead being Left 4 Dead as usual.
