Dear scripters,

Could you please make this hero?

A hero with an active ability, of going back in time.

More specifically: on keydown, you will go 5 seconds back in time (reseting your HP and position to the values you had 5 seconds ago).

Please add a cvar, for setting the cooldown of this ability.

Also, please make it play a sound when activated. Doesn't really matter which sound. We can change it afterwards to fit our preferences.
