Hello. I decided to organize an Online Counter Strike tournament. So one of its rules is that each team is allowed one substitute player and not someone else. For this I created a registration system by SteamID and IP. After registration, players get flag t. I want a plugin that alowed access to the server only for admins and for players with flag t. Another player will be disconnected with a console message "You are not registered in this Tournament". Thanks!

Register all players in users.ini.
Combine with this cvar:
Code:
// Mode of logging to a server
// 0 - disable logging, players won't be checked (and access won't be set)
// 1 - normal mode which obey flags set in accounts
// 2 - kick all players not on list
amx_mode 2
You could edit the admin.sma and recompile it to change the notification upon kick.
The easier route is of course editing the language file admin.txt.
Code:
NO_ENTRY = You have no entry to the server...
