Air Strike

So, i decided to release this plugin, since nothing like this has been around in a while. I can assure you guys that it's the best of it's kind.
Well, the name justifies everything, It's an Air strike.
Admins (ADMIN_BAN) can give free air strike.... to everyone and anyone...
OR
Players can buy airstrike by saying /airstrike for money (cvar)
Unique Features :-
1.) Green laser where the Air strike is called
2.) Cool screen shake throughout the map, when Air strike occurs (Just for effects)
3.) Perfect sounds

Cvars:-
airstrike_mode - (Def - 1) 1 = Damage mode, 2 = Kill mode
airstrike_delay - (Def - 2.5) Delay before the airstrike is called in
airstrike_damage - (Def 5000.0) (Note it's a decimal value keep it that way)
airstrike_radius - (Def - 500.0) (Again it's a decimal value keep it that way)
airstrike_cost - Cost of airstrike (In CS money)
