OK i found the file where i can change how you LvL up but i can't find where i can put that players Instant Respawn. Anyone know where that is? in which file?

ok everything seems to be working now. but the issue i have now is that, i turned off warmup, but it still starts with a warmup mode and every kill on that round counts. how can i fix this issue? if i enable warmup the rounds never starts. it stays on:

Round Will Start In One Second (repeats)

You need to upgrade sourcemod to the latest snapshot (1.4.5).

Ok, than I must manual install this, my Provider has vers. 1.4.4 on the servers.

Use the latest version of gungame.equip.txt and weaponinfo.txt which are now placed under cfg/gungame/csgo or cfg/gungame/css
