cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini then edit it on the very bottom add pokemod.amxx after you installed everything.

I Made a Tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHsT0u-YgEE Sorry for it being slow but you should understand it is very simple.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE DIRECTORY FOR YOUR CSTRIKE FOLDER IT SHOULD BE C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\USERNAME\counter-strike\cstrike

What you mean downloaded? The menu is from the plugin. You cannot download a menu into your files.

Why don't you be more detailed about it.

Or do you mean you want only certain people that can release Pokemon or what?

If so than you dont need another plugin. Just get your cmdaccess.ini and open it up. Once you open it up look for this line
"pm_takepoke" "m" ; pokemod.amxx

Change the letter m to what ever flag you want only VIP's to have. After just replace the one in your server with the one you edited.

Note: Just encase you have no clue where to get this file from: /cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/cmdaccess.ini

Also do you that you must stop server before to try to replace the file. Otherwise it won't let you replace it.
